Indicate market participation of meters

https://api.staging.leap.energy/v1.1/enrollment/meters/participate

Indicates that multiple meters should participate in the energy market.

  • The meters can participate in Leap programs starting from the given start dates.
  • Idle and Disenroll statuses are overridden by Participate statuses starting with the given start dates.
  • Changes are applied if at least one meter can be found. Requests for unknown meters are discarded.
