Create a disenrollment request for meter

https://api.staging.leap.energy/v1.1/enrollment/meters/{meter_id}/disenrollment_requests

This is a request to disenroll the meter at the requested date. Note that if a meter is Active in a program, Leap will remove the meter from that program as soon as possible. This could be the end of the current month or current participation period depending on the program.

200Disenrollment request is created successfully.

400 Meter id is not a valid UUID. The date by which you want the meter to be disenrolled. It cannot be today's date and must be a date in the future. The disenrollment request does not have a reason.

401You are not authorized to perform this operation.

403You do not have the necessary permissions for this operation.

404The meter with the given uuid is not found.

409There is a Pending disenrollment request for the specified meter. A meter can only have one disenrollment request with the status Pending.
