Search for standing bids that match the input filters. A start and end date must be specified when searching for standing bids.

Submitting bids is only applicable for the CAISO wholesale marketplace. Most partners leverage Leap to manage bids on their behalf based on their dispatch preferences (frequency & timing). However, these bid endpoints are available for partners that would like to manage their own bids.
