Lists the uploaded interval files, regardless of whether they were uploaded through Leap's SFTP server or the Partner Portal.

Filter uploads with an uploaded_at_date_time on or after this timestamp (UTC, RFC 3339).

Filter by the original upload path on the Leap SFTP server (must start with /interval-data/).
