Leap Connect Updates

A Leap Connect architectural update went live this month that enables more features and flexibility to be offered to partners more quickly in the future. This release sets the foundation for these additional capabilities to be added over time.

What partners need to know about this release:

• Existing Leap Connect flows:
  • There is NO change to existing Leap Connect URLs or customer experience
    Existing URL structure

    https://onboarding.leap.energy/<org-name>/<flow-name>?refId=<refererence-id>

  • Your existing Leap Connect flows will continue to function as they always have
• New Leap Connect flows:
  • The Leap Connect domain and URL structure have changed as outlined in the Leap Connect developer guide as well as within the Connections tab '+ Connect Link' window in the portal

  • Partners can now self-service and create their own Leap Connect URLs. Note: Partners will still need to provide their logo and final redirect URL to Leap for partner branding and customization.
