Dispatch API v2 Now Released

The updated Leap Dispatch API (v2) is now available. As announced in April, this updated API makes it easier for Leap partners to prioritize multiple same-day or overlapping dispatches. It also helps partners to increase revenue by providing additional data points that help optimize dispatch strategies and performance. The updated Dispatch API (v2) supports automated notifications across the entire Leap value stack, providing real-time dispatching for all programs enabled through the Leap platform.

Please note the following:

  • The legacy Dispatch API (v1) will continue to be supported through the end of 2023
  • API dispatch notifications for California ELRP will only be available through the updated (v2) API; API notifications for ELRP are not available through the legacy API (v1)
  • Email dispatch notifications will continue to be sent for all programs

We recommend partners migrate to the new API as soon as possible to maximize their revenue potential this year as well as benefit from automated dispatch notifications for all programs, including ELRP.
